@antzzz111 who said anything about supps? the website is epic because of all the gym planning is done for you and you can mix? and match workouts for your liking, it sets a guideline for nutrition, which is also extremely helpful to keep you motivated.
@revokedgamer dont rely to much on? supplements, hard work, and nutrition are about 99.9 % of the work
Protein shakes are pointless as fuck. I’m quite ripped and haven’t had a protein shake in my life. But I do? eat a lot of meat.
