Thanks! That comment made our day. With luck, we’ll get some classes started in England? by next year. Also, our instructional DVD will be available soon at punkrope(dot)com.
Cheers,
Tim
These videos have been very helpful to me. I never learned to skip as a boy (it would have been unthinkable for a boy to skip when I was little in England) and my 6 year old daughter thought watching daddy trip over the rope was very funny. Thanks to you, she’s had to stop laughing at me
.
Now I have the basics, I’ll move onto some of the more complex steps.?
I tried with my daughter’s before I bought my own. Hers was a little short but? the main problem was the rope. It was actual rope but very light and flexible and was just too light to be able to swing properly.
Decent ropes don’t seem to be expensive (Punk Rope’s cheapest is only $7) and having a decent weight to the rope seems to make it a lot easier (but no less tiring pant pant).
Hard to say. We offer some really good ropes at very fair prices.? Check ‘em out in the shop at punkrope(dot)com.
does it work with a normal rope that i had 5 years ago?the height is ok , but? i do not noe about the material. its like a kid’s rope
Everybody is different, but with 10-15 minutes of practice per day I’d say a? couple of weeks should do the trick.
how long does it take to learn? it?
thanks for watching! our rope jumping instructional? DVD should be available in a few weeks at punkrope(dot)com
Very clear and good explanations ! Thank you for? posting this video ! Cheers..
haha? thanksi needed help with the boxer
im doing a test on some basics and non jumpings
With a little practice I’ll bet you? can do it! Keep the faith!
thats too hard for me i fail at skiping lol
?
Thanks for the tip, I’ll try? that!
Be careful with that shin! Strengthening the shin muscles can? help. Toes raises and heel walking are good choices. Icing your shin might help to reduce the inflammation.
I live in Brussels, Belgium. Still practicing, but I’ve been? having some trouble with my left shin, so I’m slowing down a little!
Thanks so much. We would LOVE to bring Punk Rope to Europe. Where do? you live?
Keep on practicing and let us know how you do.
I just started jump roping a few days ago and I really enjoy your videos! I wish there were punk rope classes where I live, but I’m in Europe so? I guess I’ll have to stick to the videos…
I still can’t get the boxer step right, i always trip, but i’ll keep practicing!
Our pleasure. BTW, our rope jumping instructional DVD should be out in March. Cheers!?

She’s great? thanks for the tips
