      I would not call them a joke; as these are different from a traditional dip station. They mainly isolate the tricep and tricep only. As with a traditional dip your pretty much hitting? the entire upper body. But I will tell you this. As someone who loves dips; the Iron gym dips get my tricept sore as a mofo the day after
