      I took creatine for a month or two, noticed some good gains. Then I stopped for 2 weeks and started losing my mass gains, however strength stayed the same. I was like FUCK YOU I? want my big guns back – took two scoops x)

      I would start low. Some things say to take like 20g a day or something like that, I just took? one scoop about an hour before working out. It was like 6 grams or something. I noticed weight and strength gain within 2 days, and in the first week alone I put on 4lbs. My friend, however, didn’t see anything so drastic.

      For me and my friends they’ve built muscle off of creatine, yes you will lose the WATER WEIGHT when you get off of it, but you will have gained extra muscle from creatine that you wouldn’t have if you didn’t have it. You guys are hilarious, keep it up!? Screw the haters!

      I? found that I could gain a slight bit off the creatine when I did a cycle doin it once every 2 days. everyday after the workout just made me gain 7pnds of water weight and lost strenght if anything.
